Dr Wonhyuk Cho is a Senior Lecturer at the Wellington School of Business and Government, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, where he also serves as PhD Programme Director. His research focuses on HR analytics, digital government,  and Asian public policy, with publications in leading journals such as JPART, PAR, and GIQ. He has contributed to research projects funded by public and non-profit institutions across New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, and the United States. He currently serves as Associate Editor of Public Administration, and International Review of Public Administration, and Journal of Policy Studies. Dr Cho received his PhD, MPA, and BA from Seoul National University, South Korea.
