“一网通办”:新时代的城市治理创新

上海自2018年3月率先提出“一网通办”改革以来,“一网通办”已经成为上海市优化政务服务环境的“金字招牌”和推动城市治理创新发展的“牛鼻子”之一,也成为中央政府推动“互联网+政务服务”的关键抓手之一。本书对“一网通办”三年来的建设实践进行理论总结和提炼,揭示上海“一网通办”改革撬动城市治理现代化的实践和效果;反映上海市长期以来在城市治理现代化方面的探索和成就;探索和总结推进城市有效治理的政府改革关键方面。本书尤其深入研究了在数字化发展条件下公共治理发展中存在的问题、机遇和趋势,并与当前的主流公共管理理论进行了映照。

Risk Management in East Asia: Systems and Frontier Issues

敬乂嘉教授领衔主编的英文著作《东亚的风险管理:系统与前沿》,近期由Palgrave出版社出版。该书从东亚的国家风险(应急)管理体系、风险管理体系中的多元合作与参与、后现代社会的风险管理、风险管理的国际合作等角度出发,对中日韩三国的相关发展与实践进行了研究和分析。本书由复旦大学敬乂嘉教授、韩国高丽大学Jung-SunHan教授和日本神户大学KeiichiOgawa教授共同主编,由近20位东亚和国际学者共同参与写作。复旦大学、高丽大学与神户大学是教育部“亚洲校园”项目(亚洲的风险管理专家)的共同举办单位,三方开展了卓有成效的双学位项目、学生学者交流、联合科研等各项合作。本书是三方在“亚洲校园”的正式实施期取得的重要联合科研成果,填补了东亚研究在该领域的空白。

The Political Economy of China–Latin America Relations: The AIIB Membership

New Development Assistance

This book explores the changing face of development assistance. China's One Belt, One Road development program is the largest international investment scheme in history, surpassing the Marshall Plan by an order of magnitude. In 2017, a group of top scholars from Fudan, the London School of Economics, and other institutions like the Institute of Development Studies, Australian National University, and World Bank gathered to share findings and ideas about the nature of New Development Assistance.
