The Speaker:


Dr. Yahia H. Zoubir is professor of International Relations and International Management. He has taught in the United States, China, France, Austria, Germany,  South Korea, Indonesia, and the Middle East and North Africa for decades. He has done consulting for companies like Honeywell, Motorola, Boeing, Alcatel, Legrand, and others.


Abstract:

This presentation will focus on the core values of Arab culture and the importance of Islam in the region, showing how both culture and religion have an indisputable influence on the way companies are managed. In his presentation, Professor Zoubir will also highlight some of the similarities and differences between  management in Arab countries from other systems.
