Currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Global Public Policy, Fudan University. She holds a PhD in Management from Peking University, a master’s degree in Asset Appraisal from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Donghua University. Her research interests include urban governance, global health, emergency management policy analysis, and smart emergency management.
