Tingzhong earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Department of Public Policy at Georgia State University. He also holds a Bachelor of Philosophy from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Miami. Currently, Tingzhong serves as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Global Public Policy of Fudan University. His primary research areas include public governance, labor market policy, human resource management, and behavioral public administration.
