Specifically, it addresses the current situation of Arab HRD in reviewing UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), the World Bank’s human capital index, and learning poverty. The lecture also focuses on Yemen as a case study and reviews the government's public policy on HRD and its practices, including support from international communities such as UNICEF and the World Bank.
