涂文燕，现任复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员，主要研究兴趣包括腐败与廉政建设、官僚政治及行为、性别政策等。研究成果发表在Public Management Review、International Feminist Journal of Politics、Asian Journal of Social Psychology，《浙江大学学报》《妇女研究论丛》《中国社会科学（内刊）》等高质量SSCI期刊和CSSCI期刊。她还担任多本SSCI国际期刊的审稿专家。
