ABSTRACT
Was the 26th Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC, held in Glasgow in November, a success? What are the issues facing climate governance going forward? This lecture will address these questions, taking into account both the terms of the Glasgow Climate Pact and various informal initiatives announced during COP 26.
