柳美君，香港大学信息科学博士，复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员。担任国际英文期刊Quality & Quantity副主编，复旦大学-伦敦政治经济学院“全球社会政策”硕士双学位项目主任。入选上海市浦江人才计划（2021）和复旦大学“卓学优秀人才”培育计划（2023），当选国际信息科学与技术协会（ASIS&T）信息与技术研究团体（SIG-STI）2022-2023年主席。在加入复旦以前，她曾在哈佛大学、美国国家经济研究局、美国西北大学等高校和研究机构进行科研工作。

主要研究领域为：信息计量、科学学、科技政策、科技情报和全球治理。研究主要基于大数据分析、高级计量经济学方法以及数据挖掘方法。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市社科规划课题、上海市“科技创新行动计划”软科学重点项目、上海市“科技创新行动计划”软科学研究项目、上海市浦江人才基金等共计6项国家级和省部级科研项目。           在JASIST、Information Processing & Management、Journal of Informetrics、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications和《科学学研究》等国内外期刊上发文二十余篇。她近期关注团队合作、科学家流动、科学新颖性和师承关系等研究主题。论文被Nature及The Atlantic学术媒体报道，并被JASIST评选为封面论文。她还担任JASIST, Journal of Informetrics, Scientometrics，IPM，Journal of Scholarly Publishing等国际期刊的审稿专家。
