柳美君，香港大学信息科学博士，复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员，担任国际英文期刊Quality & Quantity副主编，复旦大学-伦敦政治经济学院“全球社会政策”硕士双学位项目主任，入选上海市浦江人才计划，当选国际信息科学与技术协会（ASIS&T）信息与技术研究团体（SIG-STI）2022-2023年主席。在加入复旦以前，她曾在哈佛大学、美国国家经济研究局、美国西北大学等高校和研究机构进行科研工作。

主要研究领域为：信息计量，科学学，科技政策和大数据分析与应用。她主要关注科学家的合作与流动如何影响科研绩效、团队成功以及地区创新。研究主要基于大数据分析、高级计量经济学方法以及数据挖掘方法。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、上海市社科规划课题、上海市“科技创新行动计划”软科学重点项目、上海市“科技创新行动计划”软科学研究项目、上海市浦江人才基金等。              

学术研究成果先后发表于JASIST, Journal of Informetrics, Journal of Information Science等信息科学领域权威SSCI期刊。论文被Nature及The Atlantic学术媒体报道，并被JASIST评选为封面论文。她还担任JASIST, Journal of Informetrics, Scientometrics,IPM，Journal of Scholarly Publishing等国际期刊的审稿专家。她还担任了国际音乐信息检索学会会议, ICALT 大数据教育与学习分析等国际重要学术会议的项目委员会成员与审稿专家。
