徐菁媛，复旦大学国际政治专业法学学士（2014）、香港城市大学公共政策专业哲学博士（2019），复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院博士后（2021）。现任复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员，复旦—阿拉伯全球发展与治理研究中心研究员，复旦大学—伦敦政治经济学院（LSE）全球公共政策研究中心研究员。主要研究领域为全球环境与气候治理、府际协作治理、公共预算管理与政策过程理论等。学术研究成果发表于Public Administration Review, Policy Studies Journal, Climate Policy, Public Administration and Development，Environmental Politics, Journal of Environmental Planning and Management, Local Government Studies以及《公共行政评论》《公共管理与政策评论》《南京社会科学》等中英文核心期刊。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目，参与多项国家自然科学基金重大项目及国家社会科学基金重大项目。研究成果曾获美国公共行政学会中国分会（ASPA-SCPA）年度论文奖（2024年、2026年）、Global Public Policy and Governance年度最佳论文奖（2022年）、《公共管理与政策评论》年度好文章奖（2022年）。
