蒋平博士,全球公共政策研究院副研究员,博导,研究方向为环境管理。国家级气候变化与环境研究国际科技合作基地和复旦丁铎尔中心副主任/研究员、中国民主同盟上海生态委员会委员、自科基金委评审专家。主持国家自然科学基金、上海科委、中德中心等项目20余项,作为第一/通讯作者在国内外主流期刊发表论文60余篇(包括SCI/SSCI),学术专著2部,2024年度Web of Science高被引科学家(交叉学科,排名前1%)。主讲课程入选全国智慧教育课程,并获上海高校一流本科英文示范课、重点建设课程等多项荣誉。撰写的参政议政报告获得党和国家领导人及民盟中央批示和采纳。2010年英国东英吉利大学(UEA)毕业获博士学位、2010-2012在联合国大学(UNU)做博士后研究。
