讲座内容/ Abstract:
The digitization of the public sector has been seen globally as one of the chief drivers for reforming the public sector for almost 30 years. More recently this development has been accentuated by the emerging technical platforms of generative artificial intelligence. While much progress has been achieved, and we are now beginning to reap some of the fruits of the investments, there are still a number of issues that need to be addressed. In this lecture, Karl Lofgren will debunk some of the enduring myths around digital government.
