马丁•德•琼（Martin de Jong）是复旦大学全球公共政策研究院客座教授，鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯大学“包容性繁荣”研究所所长、管理学院和法学院教授。他曾在荷兰代尔夫特理工大学技术、政策和管理学院工作了25年，从一名博士生发展成为“中国城市和基础设施发展”领域的Antoni van Leeuwenhoek教授。在此期间，他还曾在阿姆斯特丹大学、乔治梅森大学、阿尔托大学、哈尔滨工业大学和大连理工大学工作或做访问学者。
