叶欣，医学博士，复旦大学全球公共政策研究院青年副研究员、硕士生导师，上海市“晨光学者”。主要研究领域为健康与社会政策、全生命周期的健康不平等、卫生服务研究与健康干预的卫生经济学评价。第一或通讯作者研究成果发表在JAMA Network Open, Lancet Regional Health-Western Pacific, BMC Medicine, American Journal of Epidemiology, Social Science & Medicine, Health Policy and Planning, Journal of Global Health, Journals of Gerontology Series B-Psychological Sciences and Social Sciences, Journal of Affective Disorders, Journal of the American Geriatrics Society和《人口与发展》等中英文权威期刊。著有《应对中国人口老龄化：挑战、策略与未来发展》一书。

主持国家自科基金青年项目、上海市晨光计划、上海市教委教育科学研究项目、国家卫健委卫生技术评估重点实验室开放基金等课题；作为主要参与人参与国家社科基金重大项目、国家自科基金重点项目、国家自科基金面上项目等。担任Scientific Reports编委会成员，Scientific Reports医疗保健经济学特邀编辑，《中国卫生经济》青年编委。担任Public Management Review, BMJ Global Health, The Lancet Regional Health–Americas, Social Science & Medicine, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications, Journal of Gerontology: Social Sciences等国际知名期刊匿名评审专家。
