Dr. Jingyuan Xu is an assistant professor at Institute for Global Public Policy (IGPP), Fudan University and a researcher at LSE-Fudan Center. She received her B.A. in International Politics from Fudan University and Ph.D. in Public Policy from the City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Xu's research focuses on global environmental and climate governance, collaborative governance and public finance management. Her recent work has appeared in Public Administration Review, Climate Policy, Environmental PoliticsPublic Money and ManagementEnvironmental Education Research, among others. She is the principal investigators of several research projects funded by CPSF and NSFC. She is the program director of Master Program in Global Public Policy (MGPP). She teaches courses on Chinese Public Policy, Public Financial Management, and Qualitative Research Method.

Master in Global Public Policy

The Master in Global Public Policy (MGPP) is a two-year, full-time, English-taught program that trains students on the theoretical and applied dimensions of global policy analysis, implementation and evaluation. Students who fulfill the graduation and degree requirements will be awarded the Master of Management Science in Public Policy from Fudan University.
