The Hong Kong IAAC Delegation Visits IGPP

On March 21, 2025, Yien Wang, Deputy Director of the Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption (IAAC), led a delegation to visit the Fudan Institute for Global Public Policy (IGPP). The delegation was warmly welcomed by Dean Yijia Jing of IGPP and Dean Haiyan Jin of the Institute of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Studies. Both sides held in-depth discussions on scientific research collaboration, academic exchanges, talent development, and international cooperation in the field of global integrity and governance.

Professor Jing provided an overview of IGPP’s recent developments, highlighting its efforts in international talent cultivation, global governance curriculum development, and collaborations with international organizations. He also proposed future cooperation with the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in course development, student internships, and global integrity research. Professor Jin shared insights into the latest advancements in anti-corruption studies and doctoral training. Director Wang expressed appreciation for the long-standing collaboration between ICAC and IGPP, offering updates on Hong Kong’s latest anti-corruption initiatives and IAAC’s efforts to promote best practices globally. She also conveyed her anticipation for further cooperation. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on various collaboration opportunities, reaching a consensus on joint course development, personnel exchanges, and collaborative research projects.

Attendance also included Hoi-yin Chung, Chief Academy Officer of Anti-Corruption Studies; Chun-yau Li, Senior Academy Officer of Training and Development; Associate Professor Haoqi Qian of IGPP; and Assistant Professor Wenyan Tu of IGPP.
