Recently, the China Scholarship Council (CSC) announced the approved projects for the 2024/2025 Chinese Government Scholarship Program of Excellence of Studying in China for International Students. The English-taught Master's Degree Program of Global Public Policy of the Institute for Global Public Policy, has been granted special funding under the Chinese Government Scholarship Program. Each year, the program will enroll a few foreign students from the Secretariat of the League of Arab States and other public institutions in Arab countries.

The Master's Degree Program is an English-taught program offered by the Institute for Global Public Policy, which admits both Chinese and international students. In 2023, Fudan University signed strategic agreements with the Secretariat of the League of Arab States and the Association of Arab Universities, and will rely on this Master's degree program to cultivate global governance talents for the League of Arab States and its member countries. The project aims to train students with solid professional proficiency, broad international perspectives, and outstanding cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
