Dr Jingyuan Xu’s co-authored article titled “Influence of external authorities on collaborative friction” (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/puar.13616), published in Public Administration Review, has just received the article of the year 2023 award from the Section on Chinese Public Administration (SCPA) of American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).
