Dr. JIANG Ping, associate professor/doctoral supervisor at the Institute for Global Public Policy, with research focus on environmental management. Assistant Director and researcher at the International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Base for Climate Change and Environment Studies and Fudan Tyndall Center, member of the Shanghai Ecological Committee of the China Democratic League, and review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has led over 20 research projects funded by NSFC, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Sino-German Center, etc., published over 60 papers as first/corresponding author in leading domestic and international journals (including SCI/SSCI), and author of 2 academic monographs. In 2024, he was recognized as a Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher (cross field, top 1%). The courses he taught have been selected for China's National Smart Education Program, with multiple honors including Shanghai First-Class English-Medium Demonstration Course and Municipal Key Construction Course recognitions. His policy advisory reports have received endorsements from national leadership and were adopted by the Central Committee of China Democratic League. He had got his Ph.D. from the University of East Anglia (UEA), UK, in 2010, and had carried out his postdoctoral research at the United Nations University (UNU) from 2010 to 2012.
