On April 7, 2023, the Fudan Institute for Gloabl Public Policy (IGPP) IGPP held an information session on undergraduate course module of Global Public Policy and Governance. Professor Yijia Jing, the Dean of the IGPP, welcomed the faculty members and students who participated in the event. Yunxiong Li, assistant professor of the IGPP, then provided an overview of the Global Public Policy and Governance program to the participants.
The program utilizes Fudan University's expertise in public policy and cross-cultural communication, combined with its collaboration with the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), to offer interdisciplinary and cutting-edge international courses to undergraduate students. It is open to students from different majors, with a planned annual intake of 10 to 30 participants. Students are required to complete at least 16 credits of coursework. The teaching faculty team is diverse and interdisciplinary, providing students with abundant academic resources and activities. Furthermore, the program receives support from multiple international projects, offering opportunities such as international collaborative projects, summer camps, and internships with international organizations. These opportunities provide further avenues for students enrolled in the program to develop their skills and knowledge.
