ABSTRACT

Based on an analysis of civilizational diversity and civilizational self-consciousness, the lecture explores the possibility of incorporating elements of civilization into the study of public administration and the development of civilizational public administration, with a discussion of its fundamental issues and basic research methods. Meanwhile, the lecture also further opens up the discussion: is civilizational public administration a subjective imagination stemming from civilizational self-consciousness, or is it a necessary path for the better development of global public administration for humanity?
