Evan Berman is Adjunct Professor and doctoral mentor at IGPP, and was appointed Fudan Chair Professor in 2021. He is actively involved in the teaching and research activities of IGPP. He serves as the Executive Editor of the journal of Global Public Policy and Public Governance hosted by IGPP. The course Comparative Public Management which he co-instructed, won the first prize of the Shanghai Excellent Teaching Award. Evan Berman is currently Professor of Public Management at FGV, EAESP (Sao Paulo School of Business Administration, Brazil). His research interests focus on public performance, comparative public management, public leadership and HRM, strategic management in national governments, and innovation (all policy areas). Professor Evan Berman is renowned professor in the field of public management and has published numerous scientific works.
