Dr. HE Chenyang is a post-doctoral fellow at Institute for Global Public Policy, Fudan University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Fudan University and a Ph.D. in public policy from City University of Hong Kong. Her research interests lie in nonprofit study, public participation, environmental policy and environmental governance. Her articles have appeared in VOLUNTAS: International Journal of Voluntary and Nonprofit, Ecological Indicators, Journal of Cleaner Production, Fudan Public Administration Review (in Chinese) and among others. She also serves as a reviewer for Cities, Voluntas: International journal of voluntary and nonprofit organizations and among others.
