At the end of the year, Fudan University announced the winners of its latest round of Teaching Achievement Awards in Higher Education. The project of IGPP, Integrated Innovation and Bridging the Global North and South: Fudan University’s Exploration and Practice in Building a Global Leadership Talent Training System, was awarded the Special Prize.

Since its establishment, IGPP has built upon Fudan University’s strong foundation in public administration. With guidance from university leadership and the Graduate School, and with the participation of various partners across the university, IGPP has developed a new model for cultivating global leadership talent characterized by integrated innovation and North–South connectivity. It comprehensively brings together the key elements and conditions required for global leadership development. It has also contributed to the creation of a global leadership development ecosystem with Chinese characteristics, effectively supporting the advancement of first-class disciplines and serving the Belt and Road Initiative.
The Fudan University Teaching Achievement Awards aim to promote reforms in teaching and talent cultivation models, and to provide periodic assessments of the experience and outcomes of educational and teaching innovation. This award represents strong recognition of IGPP’s sustained and effective efforts in advancing educational reform and building a comprehensive global leadership talent training system.
