On July 1, IGPP held the opening ceremony for the first session of "Global Public Policy" International Summer School. During the ceremony, Yijia Jing, Dean of IGPP, warmly welcomed the participation of teachers and students. He also hoped they would learn how to learn, ask good questions, and engage in scientific exploration. Professors Bingchun Meng, Alvaro Mendez, Timothy Hildebrandt, and Blake Miller from LSE, Yue Ding from Northwestern University, and José A. Puppim de Oliveira from FGV University in Brazil, as well as Xin Ye from IGPP attended the opening ceremony. Assistant professor Yunxiong Li from IGPP presided over the opening ceremony.
