On November 9, 2024, during the 2nd "China-Arab Forum on Global Development and Governance," Professor Achakorn Wongpreedee, Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration at the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) in Thailand, and Professor Yijia Jing, Dean of Fudan Institute for Global Public Policy (IGPP), signed the renewed cooperation agreement. President Li Jin of Fudan University and Vice President Zhiming Chen witnessed the signing ceremony.

During his visit to Fudan, Professor Wongpreedee had a work meeting at IGPP. He and Professor Jing reflected on the achievements of the existing collaboration and reached a consensus on further strengthening cooperation. Discussions included initiatives such as student exchange programs, joint training under the International Master of Public Administration (IMPA) program, and academic exchanges.
