On November 11, 2024, Professor Sofiane Sahraoui, Director General of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), visited the Fudan Institute for Global Public Policy Institute (IGPP). Professor Yijia Jing, Dean of IGPP, met with Professor Sahraoui. As a member of IIAS, IGPP has established a close partnership with Professor Sahraoui, who is a founding member and Executive Committee member of the China-Arab Network for Schools of Public Policy and Administration (CANSPPA).

During his visit, Professor Sahraoui participated in the 2nd China-Arab Forum on Global Development and Governance, delivering a keynote speech at the launch ceremony of the International Master of Public Administration program. He also gave the opening remarks at the annual meeting of the CANSPPA. Additionally, he delivered the 16th lecture in the Fudan-Arab Lecture Series, titled "The Culture of Arab Public Administration."
